Each chair took Niels Otto Møller five years to complete. This work ethic is why the Møller collection is relatively small for a company that’s been around for more than 60 years, and which also what makes Møller so special.

Møller chairs are sold over the whole world and they have become the epitome of Danish Design. The company does not build furniture on an assembly line.

Chairs from J.L. Møller are assembled using old craft traditions. All tenons, mortices and dowels are all glued by hand. Each chair is also polished by hand to give a better result than using a polishing machine.
