Heerenhuis uses natural materials consistently: solid French oak with knots, non-coated steel, vegetable tanned leather. The finishing touches are always simple but effective: oil, wax, or hand-applied varnish. The longer Heerenhuis tables are used, the more beautiful they become. Small imperfections in the materials are an explicit part of the design.
