DELIVERY DUTY PAID: within the EU goods shall be shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID: If you live outside of the European Community, shipments are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees. Clients are responsible for the payment of these DDU fees. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. Orders shipped outside of the European Community are exempt from Greek VAT.

To collect your item you will need to produce your order confirmation email upon collecting the order from the BOMBYX store at Ippokratous 9, Athens, Greece 10679.

If another person is collecting on your behalf, he/ she will need to show your order confirmation email at point of collection.

If an order is collected by a courier BOMBYX cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the item in transit. Please notify if you plan to arrange a courier.

Collect In Store orders will be held at BOMBYX for a maximum of 1 month from point of confirmation.

Our returns policy regarding Collect In Store orders begins from the day you receive your confirmation email.


To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Bombyx uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.

We accept most of the payement cards, debit and credit (Visa, MasterCard etc, except American Express). Payment is debited from your card at the time you place the order.

We use secure technology to ensure that the payement is 100% safe and to prevent fraud.

The buyer’s card information is never registered by BOMBYX since the payment is done directly via our bank’s platform.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods and you wish to return your items and receive a replacement or refund, the items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 10 days. You may also return your order in our store.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish a refund or exchange and allow 1-2 working days for this to be processed.

Prior to shipping goods back, please contact to process your returns. For all returns, apart from faulty items (see below), you will be required to arrange and pay the return of the products to us through your local/preferred courier.

Return costs and taxes (if applicable) are at the customer’s charge. Please ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined further below.

Once we receive the goods an exchange, store credit or refund will be processed as per our return terms and conditions.


The buyer is responsible both for organizing return shipping and for any costs involved. Bombyx is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
However, Bombyx will cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you. In this case you should contact with photographic evidence. Returns of faulty goods must be completed within 10 days of purchase or receipt.
